HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Our A4 prints are shipped in heavy duty do not bend envelopes with protective sleeves.
Our wedding products are shipped in heavy duty brown boxes with bubble wrap.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
On the rare occasion your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your prints and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

MADE A MISTAKE?
You have a 60 minute window to contact us if you've made a mistake with your order. Please send us your order number, customer name, and amendments to info@sb-creations.co.uk
CAN I RETURN MY PRINTS?
All our products are made-to-order, just for you - so we don't accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order to see how we can help.
